RETURN POLICY: ONLINE STORE

We want you to love what you have purchased from Tilted Brim. If something is not right, let us know.

We accept returns for exchange ONLY, up to 7 days from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if item is in perfect original condition with all tags attached.

Please email info@tiltedbrimsf.com for details on returning your item. All costs of return/exchange shipping will be handled by the buyer. Returns must be shipped back with a tracking number.

IN-STORE RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES

In-store returns of online purchases are accepted for exchange ONLY. Shipping/Postmates fees are nonrefundable. Return must be made within 7 days of delivery and will only be accepted if item is in perfect original condition with all tags attached. No returns on all hats and markdown items.
